"Real Div Ltd's Zero-CO2 Projects will:

reduce 80+ million [m] Ideal Customer's CO2 air pollution up to 90%, plus
50% of their risk of road death and injury and
protect them (and their police and military personnel) from criminals, terrorists and warmongers."

RDL estimates that up to half of the Worldwide's people's air pollution is created by this 80+m people, in their homes, cars and air travel, plus their consumption of food, supplies, gas and electricity required to support their lifestyles. RDL's Major Projects were targeted on residents of the developed World: to improve their lifestyles in a way. which, not incidentally, are also designed to lower their air pollution by at least 90% and reduce their risk of deaths and injury in road traffic, by at least 50%. Therefore, the overall Worldwide effect is apt to be 15% reduction of air pollution and 20% of loss of life and injuries.

RDL's plans and projects for the combination of improvements in defense and anti-pollution technology will result in immediate direct improvements in the lifestyles of 80m people and, indirectly, improvements of the rest of the world population's welfare with various, but major, impacts.

RDL was founded to be (initially, a UK) Managing Joint Venture Partner [MJVP] of Major Projects to defend the World against War and (Global) Warming. The Projects are planned to design and build (and sell, basically, to Ideal (private) Consumers):

900+ Utopia, ie new “Zero-CO2”, cities, throughout the World (starting with Utopium Alpha, near London UK), Utopium Beta, near La Jolla CA and Utopium Gamma, near San Francisco CA) for 46 million [m] residents, 9 thousand [k], associated Mini-Utopia-Villages, for 3.6m residents, 450k, businesses, and 90k industrial plants
84 pilotless, mostly nuclear fuel [NF] powered Mother Hawks, or similar to Global Hawks
32 m pilotless, Zero-CO2 Gavin Hawks to transport up-to-80m civilian passengers and/or troops on trips of (initially) 25-to-4500 miles, (eventually) 25-to-9000 miles, daily
42 ground-based pilot/air-traffic-controllers [PATC] operating centers [PATCO], to train and manage 4k PATC, who fly and control up-to-84 Mother Hawks, which, in turn control 8m Gavin Hawks, taking off, flying in flocks, and landing, each day
Management of 42 PATCOs managing 4k PATCs over 20 years
Up to 1m GaviHas (Zero-CO2 motor homes), millions of bicycles and 2-passenger, two and three wheeled, Zero-CO2 vehicles
600 trimarans, Amalric III , GaviHas sea transports, and as Stationary Micro-Airports [SMA] and Mobile Micro-Airports [MMA] for Gavin Hawks and Gavin SuperSea Hawks, and producers of hydrogen fuel [HF] from water, to refuel Gavin (and SuperSea) Hawks, and
1m, 6-inch GiaBats (similar to COMBATs) and 100-thousands of larger, Zero-CO2, armed, pilotless SuperGiaBats
Plus the newly described Project Nine
And, Project Ten.

(These projects defined on RDL's -- Launch, take 21 years, and involve thousands of subordinate projects and Joint Venture Partners [JVP], serving 80+m Ideal (residential) Customers, plus an additional 29m users of Gavin Hawks, and 440k suppliers and Ideal Customers.)

The main focus reduces Worldwide CO2 emissions five billion tons over the 21 years; and by the same amount every year thereafter. This approach (added to whatever success other people, firms and governments have) are the World's (by far the best) chance of avoiding total, Worldwide, disaster from Global Warming: Such 1) flooding from rising sea levels, 2) disastrous storms, 3) food and water shortages and 4) the displacement of billions of people. (Oddly, the majority of the Worldwide population live near sea, river and lake shores, the first due to be flooded by more rains, higher winds and rising sea levels, created by melting mountain glaciers and oceanic and continental ice caps.)

Another RDL major goal is to reduce risks of residents and other road users with risks of death, injury and medical costs (from road accidents) by 50%. This directly involves 51+m residents of Utopia, Mini-Utopia-Villages, associated DaviHas motor home users and 29m additional users of Gavin Hawks as well as other road travelers and pedestrians. RDL invites other firms to act as Joint Venture Partners [JVP] in connection with all Projects, or as Joint Venture Brokers [JVB], in organizing RDL projects, including, if they wish, other unrelated projects. JVPs could free RDL’s time, to manage JVPs execution of projects. Time is important, as our target is to start construction by the beginning of 2009ad and fully complete all projects by the end of 2030ad.
