                                   The RDL Story

Organized? -- Firstly as an English Company called Real Div Ltd [RDL], pronounced “riddle”, which is easier to understand and remember.

When? -- on 28 March 2008.

How does RDL work? As a Joint Venture Partner [JVP]: — In one or more of five different ways, as:

  1.   Managing JVP [MJVP] managing a JVPartnership
  2.   Organizing JVP [OJVP] organizing and recruiting JVPs of a JVPartnership
  3.   JVP-Consultant  [JVP-C] serving a JVPartnership
  4.   Key JVP [KJVP] performing a one or more Major Projects or subprojects
  5.   Investment JVP [IJVP] investing in a JVP or JVPartnership or
recruiting or operating as a Joint Venture Broker [JVB] locating, selecting and/or recruiting JVPs.

In most cases, RDL is the OJVP. RDL organizes joint ventures set up for the purpose explained below, to operate primarily in the United Kingdom
[UK].  As each of these joint ventures are organized,  the details of who are the joint venture partners [OJVP, MJVP, JVP-C and JVBs] and what
they will be doing, will be added to the last part of this document.  Obviously, the English company, RDL, has already been organized by Gavin Embry
[GE]. But, it will most likely be desirable to form other OJVP partners, in other jurisdictions, to operate in other countries. This will be also be done
by RDL, as needs arise.

Why? -- Firstly, to spearhead reductions in the UK’s contribution to Green House Gas [GHG] emissions, especially carbon dioxide [CO2], in
a new city. This also functions as a pilot project prior to the construction of succeeding new cities.  Secondly, it is to expand these reductions via 63
more new cities in the UK, over six more years. Finally, follow up these reductions, in six other Continents, via 316-up-to-900+  new cities up
until 2030ad.

Start-up Position in the UK? – Currently, the rate of GHG emissions/person, in the UK, is about 10 tons of CO2 (the largest threat) per year.  RDL’s
target is to help the 2.1m residents of  44  Utopia in the UK, while eliminating 90% of their CO2 emissions by the end of 2015, ie a reduction from 10
tons to one ton/year/person.

Goals in the UK?
-- RDL plans one new city, called Utopium Alpha, near London, (or Beta SuperSkyUtopia in the English Channel for 1.5 million people) as large pilot projects, to help people reduce their CO2 emissions.
The first, as well as each additional Utopia, will accommodate approximately 50,000 residents. Each year, the number of Utopia in the UK doubles as
follows: 1,2,4,8,16,12, ie totaling 44, by the end of 2015. The number of people helped by the end of 2010, and of each following year, will double:
ie 50k, 100k, 200k, 400k, 800k, 600k. This adds up to a grand total, in the UK, of 2.1m people, approximately 4% of the population.

The number of people helped will be doubled by the end of each year, for the following six  years:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Year                                                                                            Cume
2010 –        50k, total 50k, reduction: 450k tons/year
2011 –      100k, total 150, reduction: 1,350 tons/year                      1,800k
2012 –      200k, total 350k, reduction: 3,150k tons/year                   4,950k
2013 –      400k, total 750k, reduction: 6,750k tons/year                 11,700k
2014 –      800k, total 1,500k, reduction: 13,500k tons/year             25,200k
2015 –      600k, total 2,150k, reduction: 19,350k tons/year             44,650k

Results in the UK? -- On average, the current distribution of energy needs provided by fossil fuel is:
20% (2 tons) from using cars, mostly for commuting to work or school and some shopping. RDL’s Target: 0% from fossil fuels, which produces CO2
20% (2 tons) related to energy used in the home. RDL’s Target: 0%, ditto
40% (4 tons) related to energy used for air travel, freight and transportation of goods by rail and road. RDL’s Target: 0%, ditto
20% (2 tons) energy used in manufacture and maintenance of buildings, roads, railroads, and manufactured goods and production of food on farms
and in factories. RDL’s Target: 10%, ie one half of the 20%.

In the UK, RDL’s Total Target is 10%, ie 1 ton/person/year, of CO2 emissions.

As of March 2009, RDL plans a similar progression in the USA, offset one year but increased from a total of 44 to 221 Utopia of the same size, as follows:
Begining in 2011:  1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 94, totaling 1, 3, 7, 15, 31, 63, 127, 221 by the end of 2019, with 50k people in each Utopia, totaling 11.05m or 3.6%
of the total US population.
