Real Div Ltd's Role
RDL's primary function is to plan and control work in support of RDL's primary goals and objectives, such as reducing:- pollution of the atmosphere, to avoid Global Warming
- risk of death and injury associated with traveling and
- risk of exposure to criminals, terrorists and warmongers
by coordination of existing (or new) groups such as:
- business firms,
- governments and government agencies
- banks
- foundations
- organizations and
- individuals and groups of individuals with similar lifestyles
into any necessary combination to accomplish RDL's primary goals and objectives.
These groups are expected to operate in various roles, as follows:
- business firms do work
- governments make laws and administer them
- banks manage money, including lending and collecting money
- foundations grant funds and manage the distribution of their and their members wealth
- organizations support goals and objectives of their members, which may or may not invlove management of assets
- Indivicuals work for themselves or other groups and manage their welfare, and their family's welfare.
RDL's key design and building strategy is to improve individual lifestyles for 80 million people to make possible:
- living, studying, learning, communicating, enjoying entertainment and working at home more enjoyable, healthy and productive, and less expensive and time wasting
- traveling around towns, cities and and village safer and producing no CO2 emissions
- traveling over 25 miles away from homes, or between cities, towns and villages 50% faster and 50% safer
- Providing meals ready for serving to hundreds of millions of people (in homes, restaurants and hotels) grown, prepared and delivered without causing CO2 emissions to the atmosphere
- protecting homes, workplaces, cities, towns and villages, with GiaBats and SuperGiaBats, from attacks by criminals, terrorists and warmongers, plus: overall,
- lowering CO2
emissions by 90% by 51+ million people at home, at work, during travel (who currently produce 5 to 25 tons of CO2/year/person) and use Zero-CO2 food, thus lowering overall Worldwide pollution by over 12% over the next 21 years
- lowering CO2 emissions by up to 40%, by 29 million additional people living in non-Utopian homes who a) travel by hydrogen fueled [HF] Gavin Hawks (managed by nuclear fueled Mother Hawks) instead of fossil fueled [FF] cars and aircraft, b) travel locally on foot, bicycles or in Zero-CO2 private and public vehicles, and c) use Zero-CO2 food, thus lowering the Worldwide's pollution by over 3.3% over the next 21 years.
RDL's key financial strategy is to:
- design, build and sell products, designed to improve family lifestyles, to individuals who can already afford expensive products which produce 5 to 25 tons of CO2 emissions/person/year, but can be convinced to change their lifestyles instead to benefit themselves, their families and associates and reduce their CO2 pollution by 40 to 90% and reduce Global Warming and the danger of war
- recruit and form Joint Venture Partnerships [JVPs] with business firms and individuals to collaborate with RDL to support its primary goals and objectives
- Recruit individual voters to elect and support politicians to be elected in governments to support RDL's primary goals and objectves
- recruit and form associations with banks to manage, lending and collecting money to support RDL and RDLs JVPs
- recruit (and form new) foundations and organizations (and recruiting members) to support RDL's primary goals and objectives.
