Real Div Ltd [RDL] was founded to reduce degrading of living conditions on Earth, and actually improve and extend improved lives, however possible. War and Global Warming are recognized as the main dangers of degrading conditions while individual (and especially family) lifestyles are the primary influence on improving and extending the lives of people and animals. The fundamental origin of influence of War and Global Warming is lifestyles which support 1) technology and finance which pollute the atmosphere and 2) war mongers and terrorists who use death and destruction (originally of opposing war fighters) then (in the 20th Century) ending people's lives, and destroying their homes and properties.
RDL also recognizes the contribution to Global Warming by people fits a Pareto curve, just as is military power as related to destructive power. Key people, such as Chairmen and Directors of companies and Generals and Senior Officers of Naval and Military organizations control most of their power, but their positions are fundamentally supported by individual customers and voters who are influenced, in turn, by families, especially conditioned by their adopted lifestyles and their defence of those lifestyles.
RDL:
1. organizes Joint Venture Partnerships
2. acts as Joint Venture Partners [JVP], and
3. Invents, designs and promotes technologies which a) reduces Worldwide CO2 pollution by 10 to 25%, b) defend against most warlike deaths, injuries and destruction and c) reduces deaths, injuries and destruction in road traffic (by 50%) all designed for purchase (or lease) by Ideal Customers for use of superior lifestyles benefiting them, their families and most other people and animals.
RDL's Ideal Customers are families (of 1 up-to~10 residents) who currently emit enormous CO2 pollution into the atmosphere (on the order of 5 to 30 tons/individual/year) directly or indirectly caused by using fossil fuel [FF] in 1) homes, 2) places of work, by 3) cars and trucks or 4) airplanes, or 5) supplying goods or services, paid for by their family. Ideal customers live together with up-to~10 residents working for a living or living on savings, inherited money or investments. (Ideal Prime Customer Rank: ****** = Sextuple Prime, ***** = Quint Prime, **** = Quad Prime, *** = Triple Prime, ** = Double Prime and * = Prime. The first cut of choice of Prime, Double Prime, Triple Prime, Quad Prime, Quint Prime and Sextuple Prime were chosen from comparisons of a combination of 1) purchasing power, proportional to decision making power of a member of a family, 2) the level of pollution of the family and 3) likelihood of current and near term knowledge of the danger of Global Warming (ie willingness to change lifestyle to lower the danger to themselves, their decendents and other people and animals, ) This class of ideal customers, is also ranked based on current records of the following countries (m=million). RDL selects customers who want to produce less than one ton of CO2 pollution/year/person: overall in connection with their residence(s), work, travel and consumption of goods and services including but not limited to learning and entertainment.
RDL's plans initially included six, (now increased to nine) Major Projects [MP] to make possible improved lifestyles for up to 80m, or more, ideal prime people on this Earth, between 2009 and 2030, while maintaining a better level of health, safety, learning, entertainment and enjoyment of living, learning, working and traveling, including migration and immigration.
From the end of 2010 to ~ the end of 2014, the capability to produce hydrogen fuel [HF] for the target 80m+ customer's requirements may be less than 100%, with some fossil fuel [FF] used in homes, travel and for production of purchased goods and services. Also the range of Zero-CO2 aircraft will be limited to 30-to-4200 miles, before refueling is required.
From 2015 to 2030, all customer's purchases (or leases) will involve one or more of the following:
• one or more Zero-CO2 family homes which do not produce CO2, but produce electricity and hydrogen fuel [HF] for over 100% of their requirements
• one or more Zero-CO2 DaviHas or other private (and/or use) public HF vehicles, for trips of less than 30 miles
• one, (or a share of) Zero-CO2, HF Gavin Hawks for trips of 30-to-9000 miles, without necessarily refueling
• consumption of goods and services which do not produce more than one ton of CO2/year/person

RDL is a Joint Venture Partner [JVP] in connection with one or more of RDL's Major Projects [MPs] as described in http://realdiv.tech.officelive.com (or one or more subprojects [SMPs]) of one or more MP's, such as:
1. Managing JVP [MJVP] of one or more MPs
2. JVP-Consultant [JVP-C] for one or more JVPs
3. Organizing JVP [OJVP] of one or more Joint Venture Partnership's in connection with MPs
4. Investing JVPs [IJVP] in one or more of the Joint Venture Partnership's in connection with MPs
5. Key JVP [KJVP] of one or more Joint Venture Partnerships in connection with MPs or SMPs, or
a Joint Venture Broker [JVB], recruiting JVPs to be engaged in one or more MPs or one or more SMPs of one or more MPs
(RDL may also set up independent firms, RDL subordinates or associates, to serve in roles similar to RDL, in England, Wales and/or other countries.)
Since RDL was formed (in March 2008), the major countries with, respect to finance, lending and organizing business have, in many respects, collapsed. Effectively, banks have failed to function on any significant scale, to support anything, especially advanced technology activities. Some countries, especially the UK (possibly all countries eventually), have accepted that banks have cut out of the loop with respect to lending money to companies, except as paid agents administering lending of tax payer's money, to SME firms.
A key role of RDL is to organize JVPs, especially MJVPs (who manage MPs) and IJVPs, who invest in (as opposed to lending money to) MPs. A key technique of RDL is to interact directly with banks and Joint Venture Partnerships [JVPs], and with governments indirectly, to loan tax money to support JVPs and their Prime customers. The best existing banks to deal with MPs in the UK and USA, is Barclay's. Bank of America may be a leading bank to deal with MPs (and their Prime customers) in the USA (so long as the Bank of America remains viable).
RDL has been planned for six levels of organization:
1. Initially and exclusively by RDL, conceptualizing and planning changes in lifestyles which result in a) 51m people (living in ~900 Utopia) reducing their CO2 emissions by 90%, b) 29m additional people using Zero-CO2 Gavin Hawks for travel and transport, c) 80m people reducing risks of death and injury in car accidents by 50%, d) 80m+ civilians, police and troops living, working and traveling under protection from criminals, terrorists and war mongers plus definition, design and organization of the necessary MPs and JVPS to support these changes
2. Definition of the SMPs under each MP and organizing other firms or individuals as JVPs or designating RDL or its associates acting as JVPs for each of the MPs and each of their SMPs
3. Selection and negotiating agreements with other firms, organizations, governments and individuals to guarantee financial support and practices to execute the necessary MPs and SMPs.
4. Organizing JVPs or designate RDL and/or its associates to obtain 80m+ customers to purchase or lease facilities produced by MPs and SMPs, as necessary to meet the goals defined in 1.above
5. Functioning as JVP-C advising and doing research and development for other JVPs, including MJVPs, IJVPs, KJVPs and other JVP-Cs.
6. Organizing JVB to recruit JVPs.
RDL has already determined that a key technological development is to decrease (a near as possible to zero) the use of fossil fuel [FF] in
1. homes,
2. electrical generation plants
3. transportation (including but not limited to cars, trucks, forklifts, aircraft, ships and boats) and
4. growing and preparation of food, and
5. handling waste.
This involves substituting hydrogen fuel [HF] and HF Cells for Fossil fuels [FF] and using energy from sunlight, skylight, wind, subsurface heat and hydropower to produce electricity. (In certain limited cases, nuclear power may be used instead of FF, where it is possible to protect from radiation and nuclear waste.) Thus hydrogen and electricity can be choosen among to use for:
1. lighting,
2. heating,
3. cooling,
4. powering machinery,
5. powering electronic equipment and providing
6. providing communication services
7. recharging batteries
8. producing hydrogen from water to use as fuel, to pwer HF cells, and
9. generating electricity,
RDL's essential innovation, which became obvious in the second half of 2008, was the reorientation of technology from FF to HF by refocusing lifestyles of 80m+ people who are generating the highest proportion CO2 pollution, to living and working in homes which produce a choice of hydrogen and electricity as a source of energy opposed to FF, and/or using Gavin Hawks for air transport.. Four key steps were to:
1. provide a lifestyle which improves the lives of the key prime customer's families
2. save and improve their lives and increase their earning power, productivity, and enjoyment of life
3. change the systems of banks and governments to shift the financial support from wasteful lifestyles to new lifestyles
4. identify JVPs and organize JV Partnerships to reorganize lifestyles of 80m+ Prime customers, and
reduce the overall, Worldwide pollution of the atmosphere by 13+% over the next 21 years.
The prime strategy of generating leads is via the Internet, supported by distribution of books, magazines, brochures, and especially, in connection with entertainment, via cellular telephones. This program is addressed current and potential:
1. prime ideal customers
2. RDLs JVPs and candidates
3. Potential voters and influences on voting and support of political policy related to War and Global Warming.
The targeted, ideal primary Prime customers are those residing in Ideal Prime Customer Countries, which are also expected to purchase products (over the next 21 years) invented, designed and planned as:
RDL's nine Major Project's products, by Joint Venture Partners [JVP], are described on Real Div Ltd--Launch:
1. 9k+ Utopia cities, including 16.2m residences (occupied by Prime Customers), and 9k+ Mini-Utopia-Villages, including 900+k Alpha homes (occupied by 900+k Prime Customers).. ( Note: All Utopia and Mini-Utopia-Village homes are designed to produce hydrogen from: a) home and Utopian industrial plants, and b) locally available water.)
2. 6 initially FF powered, followed by 78 nuclear powered, Mother Hawks, (ie 84 Prime Customers) to manage up-to-8m Gavin Hawks (ie 8m Prime Customers) over the next 21 years
3. 32m Zero-CO2 Gavin Hawks ie 32m Prime Customers (each one planned to last 10 years) to replace 64m cars (each planned to last 5 years) and all FF airplanes, over the next 21 years.
4. 42 Pilot/air-traffic-controllers operation centers [ PATCO], ie 42 Prime Customers, including 4k training courses, over the next 21 years
5. 4,000 PATC, ie 4k Prime Customers, to manage 8m Gavin Hawks. carrying 80m passengers/day
6. 1m DaviHas private motor homes and Zero-CO2 (ZCzy) Vehicles and combination public bus/delivery vans, ie 1m Prime Customers
7. 600 Amalric III ocean carriers, ie 600 Prime Customers, for DaviHas and to produce hydrogen fuel [HF] for Gavin Hawks, allow them to land vertically on decks (or Gavin Super Sea Hawks on the adjacent water), then refuel them and let them take off again, produced and serving for 10 years. These would carry over 20m passengers per year, ie 20m Prime Customers.
8. 50m Zero-CO2 GiaBats [UAV] and 100-thousands of Super GiaBats [UCV], working together and based on homes and military and police bases (or carried on Mother Hawks or Gavin Hawks) to protect Utopian families, air travelers, police and military personnel from criminals, terrorists and war mongers, over the next 21 years ie hundreds of millions of Prime Customers, and
9. Reorganization of Worldwide Food Industry [WFI] to use Zero-CO2 systems for growing, harvesting, preparation and delivery of several 100-million meals every day, to 50+m homes, a million restaurants and hotels ready for minor local processing and serving food, over the next 21 years ie serving hundreds of millions of Prime Customers.
RDL will be responsible for:
1. locating customers and offering products for sale to them
2. organizing Joint Venture [JV] Partnerships to produce and deliver products to the ideal prime customers
3. scheduling and ordering production of products
4. facilitating the financial arrangements, including loans for customers and JVPs and
5. including collection of funds from customers
6. payments to JVPs for production and delivery and
to compensate servicers in connection with generation of leads.
Beginning with five books, called The Five Books, with each book (tentatively titled: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy, modeled on the organization of The Five Books of Moses) published as a printed book, followed by annual or quarterly editions, and printed monthly magazines plus weekly distribution (primarily on the Internet) of entertainment and information and via cell telephones.
Genesis will deal with the situation with the evolution of lifestyles up to 2009, the development of goals of anticipated improvements on the lifestyles of people over the next 21 years, the reduction this produces in CO2 atmospheric pollution and its effect on climate in various parts of the World and deaths and destruction of War:
- Exodus will deal with new ideas about future lifestyles, developing year by year, and rate of adoption of new lifestyles over the next 21 years and their influence on climate and War.
- Leviticus will deal with the influence of Global Warming on climate and War, and their effect on lives of people, animals and plants, including food, pray and predators over the next 21 years and the more distant future.
- Numbers will deal with the influence of technology on finance, lifestyle and migration, over the next 21 years and the more distant future.
- Deuteronomy will deal with the mission of changing lifestyles on future War and Global Warming, and destinies of Life on Earth of people, plants and animals plus the development of migration and immigration on Earth, followed this century, to other planets and, perhaps, within k years, other solar systems in the Milky Way Galaxy.
Except for Genesis, the first edition of The Five Books will be about the future, with a small introduction, if necessary, about the initial situation. Each of the next four books will have new editions (issued quarterly, ie four times in each year, over the next 21 years). These will be revised, as necessary, to show the changes in the predictions of the future and correct the predicted events over the last three months to correspond with the actual events.
Changes in Genesis will be limited to annual corrections, if necessary, because of refinements in the understanding of the past.
The role of The Five Books is to educate the readers about the necessity for, and kind of improvements required in lifestyles: What has already happened and what is expected.
The major function of these publications are to invite and encourage people to support changes in their lifestyles, and other people's whom they influence, to reduce CO2 pollution and improve defense against War and Global Warming. What is required is changes in lifestyles, which they can accomplish simply by purchasing (and/or leasing) and using Utopian homes, DaviHas, Zero-CO2 vehicles [ZCzy] vehicles, Gavin Hawks, GiaBats, Super GiaBat, Amalric III (and meals from our Joint Venture Partners [JVPs] suppliers using Worldwide Food Industry [WFI] technology). The literature will also encourage political support of collaboration of technological development affecting defense against war and CO2 pollution.
