| Organization of RDL
RDL is structured into 12 departments:
- Utopia Department [UD]: Plan and build 899 sites, each for 50,000 plus people
- Mini-Utopia-Villages Department [UMVD]: Plan and build thousands of sites, each for 100 to 1000 people
- Gavin Hawk Department [GHD]: to design and build up to 16m pilotless autogyros and 2500 piloted autogyros
- Mother Hawk Department [MHD]: design and build 42 pilotless airplanes
- DaviHas Department [DHD]; design and build accessories for Alpha houses to travel on carriages and/or rack in frames
- Organization and Strategy Department [OSD]: Plan and develop organization and strategy for RDL
- Large Home Office Department [LHOD]: Design and build Beta and Gamma houses, larger than 600 square feet ['] in area
- Medium Home Office Department [MHOD]: Design and build Alpha houses, smaller than 600 square'' in area
- Research and Development Department [R&DD] : Research and Develop Scientific and Engineering projects
- Administration Department [AD]: Advertising, Purchasing, Joint Venture Partners Relations, Human Relations, Tax & Legal Affairs
- Financial Department [FD]: Bank, Lending and Borrowing, and Investor Relations
- Executive Department [ED]: Management of Joint Venture Projects
