RDL's planned selling or leasing prices for Ideal Customers are: • £100,000/Alpha Houses, £120,000/Beta Houses or £150,000/Gamma Houses @ £2,500, 3000 and 3,750/year • £5,000/vehicle @ £1000/year • £10,000/person/aircraft @ £1,000/person/year • £2,000/person/year for goods and services • Cost of living/person/year @ £6,500-7,750 from one-to-four person families
There are two classes of Ideal Customers: • The Residential Classes purchase or lease homes in Zero-CO2 Utopia cities and homes, Zero-CO2 Mini-Utopia-Villages and homes, and/or Zero-CO2 DaviHas, purchase or lease Zero-CO2 vehicles, for travel on land, or purchase or lease Gavin Hawks for travel by air. • The Traveling Class purchase or lease DaviHas, for residences and land travel, and/or Zero-CO2 vehicles for land travel, and Gavin Hawks for air travel.
The income from typical Residential Class customers, including four residents of two adults and two children will be: • £3000/year, for DaviHas • £1000/year, for vehicle • £3000/year, 1000/adult + £500/child, for Gavin Hawk • £6000/year, 2000/adult + £1000/child, for goods and services • Total cost of living/year = £13,000/ year • Profit before taxes @ 20% of house, vehicle and aircraft, £1,400, plus 10% of goods and services, £600 = £2.000/year Using
this as an average family, with 51+ million [m] people, the average annual profit,
before taxes, apart from goods and services is £35.7 billion [b]. Plus,
£71.4b each year thereafter. For goods and services, the average
annual profit is £15.3b plus £30.6b each year thereafter.
The average cost per year, apart from other goods and services, is

The income from a Traveling Class, of 29m+] people. who travel by Gavin Hawk, is: • £3000/year, £1000/adult +£500/child, for air travel Using
this as an average Traveling Class customer, including four residents
